WestView Primary Care Network in Spruce Grove

Seeking passionate and dedicated Indigenous Health Community Navigator to join team and play a key role in enhancing the health outcomes of Indigenous individuals and families from Paul First Nation.

Grade 12 or equivalent PLUS additional study

Secondary degree in health care or social sciences. Knowledge of an Indigenous language. Experience in health considered assets.

Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with Indigenous Peoples in hospital, community management, public health or social work setting.

Experience with and supportive of Indigenous healing practices

Familiarity with Indigenous communities, organizations and history in Alberta

Indigenous cultural competency skills

*Preference will given to individuals currently residing on or a member of PFN.
